These terms govern your use of ULVYRA (the website, app and services), provided by ULVYRA, España. Contact: [email protected]. By creating an account you accept them.
1. What ULVYRA is
ULVYRA is software for traders: a trading journal, analytics, risk limits that can lock an account and close positions, and trade copying between accounts owned by the same user. ULVYRA is not a broker, holds no funds, never trades on its own initiative and does not provide investment advice. Automatic actions only happen under rules you configure.
2. Your account
You must be an adult and provide accurate details. You are responsible for your password and all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, the law or the rules of connected platforms.
3. Platforms and prop firms
By connecting a platform you authorise us to use your credentials or tokens to read your accounts and, where you configure it, to place orders, cancel orders and close positions. Credentials are stored encrypted and we never request withdrawal permissions. It is your responsibility to check that your broker and prop firm allow APIs, third-party tools and copying trades between accounts. Platforms may charge for their API and change or withdraw it without notice.
4. Technical limits
Automatic limits, position closing and copying depend on networks and third-party systems. They may be delayed, filled at different prices or not executed at all (outages, latency, slippage, closed markets, broker rejections). ULVYRA does not replace your own protective orders or your supervision.
5. Plans, trial and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. The free trial lasts the period shown at checkout; if no payment method is added, the subscription ends automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers): you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. By using the service during that period you request immediate performance, so if you withdraw you will pay for the portion already provided. Email us to exercise it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use ULVYRA to breach market rules, manipulate prices, circumvent prop firm rules, access other people's accounts without permission, resell the service without agreement, or attack or overload our systems.
7. Content and ownership
Your data is yours: export or delete it from Settings. The software, the ULVYRA brand and its design belong to us. AI coach insights are automatically generated and for guidance only.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, the loss of evaluation or funded accounts, or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. They are governed by Spanish law; consumers keep any mandatory protections and courts available to them where they live.
